    Yesterday, the Department of Defense announced the Schedule of Budgetary Activity (SBA) audit contract winners for the Army, Air Force, and Navy. The contracts were awarded as follows: KPMG will audit the Army; Ernst & Young will audit the Air Force; and Cotton & Company will audit the Navy.
