FY26 Appropriations Requests for Community Project Funding
Congressman Conaway submitted funding requests for important community projects in New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District to the House Appropriations Committee. The application for FY26 Community Project Funding has ended. Guidance on the reforms governing Community Project Funding (CPF) is available here, and additional guidance for each Appropriations Subcommittee can be found below, depending on your project.
Under guidelines issued by the Appropriations Committee, projects are restricted to a limited number of federal funding streams, and only state and local governments and eligible non-profit entities are permitted to receive funding. For-profit entities are not eligible for this funding.
In compliance with House Rules and Committee requirements, Rep. Conaway has certified that he and his immediate family have no financial interest in any of the projects he has requested.
The deadline for requests was April 25, 2025.
