The inauguration of the 47th President of the United States marks the beginning of a new Administration, and I congratulate President Trump and Vice President Vance as they begin their term in office.

Washington D.C. — Today, Congressman Herb Conaway Jr., M.D. issued the following statement after being named Vice Ranking Member of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. In this leadership role Congressman Conaway will work closely with the Ranking Member, committee members, and stakeholders to advance policies that improve healthcare, access to education, economic opportunities, and overall quality of life for veterans.

Washington D.C. — Today, Congressman Herb Conaway Jr., M.D., announced he has been appointed to the House Committee on Veteran Affairs and the House Committee on Small Business the 119th Congress. These committee appointments reflect the various priorities of his constituency in New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District which includes 31,610 veterans and around 13,000 small businesses.
